Custom cycling jerseys processes

Step 1.  Please visit our Online Designer , you can design your own cycling jersey there , if you don't like our tempalte , you can visit Help Center and submit a ticket there, upload your logos and pictures with high pixel, and please write down your design requirements. Our designers will complete the design within 2 and 4 days after we have all the needed material.

Step 2.  The design is FREE. We will send you the completed design to confirm it with you first, and we can make amendments if there’re any till the design meets your requirements. The amendment is usuall up to three times as it’s free, so we suggest you to provide as much detailed information as you can.

Step 3.  If the design meets all your requirements and you are intend to purchase the product, please let us know the jerseys' type , count and size of the jerseys you need and we will give you a price, we will also create a Special Product URL which you can pay through.

Step 4. We will start making the products once we receive your payment.

Step 5. We will deliver the products immediately after the production.

Step 6. We provide excellent after-sale services, contact us or submit the ticket if there’re any problems.

What's the materials of the jerseys and shorts?

Jersey's meterials : 90% Polyester and 10% Lycra; High quality tights fabric

Shorts' meterials: COOLMAX:quick-dry function , classic cycling chamois pad.

Thermal clothings' meterials : Thermal fabric, fleeced inside, Breathable microfiber polyester outside 

 

Where can I upload my logos ? 

Please visit http://www.mupicycling.com/helpdesk to submit a "custom made" ticket , you can attach the logos in the ticket.

 

What's the minimums ?

6 sets , you can mix different sizes , style or color

 

How long will I got my custom kits after I done the payment?

1. We need 2-4 days to design the industry images of the custom kits for producing.

2. It usullay takes 15 working days to produce the cycling kits.

3. When we finish the kits , we will send them to you asap , the shipping time depends which shipping method you choosed , you can visit the Shipping page to know the details.

 

Can I exchange the custom kits ?

Sorry , the custom kits isn't exchangeable. however, if there is any quality problems , you can return the kits to us for refunding.
