Return and Replacement policy 

What is your return policy? 
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. 

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem. Here is a quick checklist to exchange:
1. You can contact us with open a new ticket in our Help Center. 
2. Upload a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product. 
3. We will give you a response within 72 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) 
4. You should use the cheapest way to ship the item(s) back within 30 calendar days of the order shipment date.
5. Upload a picture of the proof of shipment (receipt, certificate of posting, tracking number stub, etc) after you have shipped it,we will arranged the replacement, refund and reimbursement your return postage after the package is received and processed. 

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, here is a quick checklist:
1. If you order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. 
2. If the item had been shipped, you may return the item in its original condition (unused and unopened) to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of the order shipment date. Upload a picture of the proof of shipment (receipt, certificate of posting, tracking number stub, etc) after you have shipped it. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost).

Exchange Policy 

When I got my item , but I found the jersey size don't fit , How can I exchange it?

1. If the jersey size is same in your order , it means that you choose the incorrect size , we can accept you return also , However , you need to return the items to us and pay for the back shipping fee. When you have shipped the items to us , please provide the tracking number , once we found the tracking number can work and the shipping address is correct , we will send new items to you. 

NOTE : We just can accept your return only one time for per order. You should pay $4 to us for each exchange item , e.g , You wish to exchange a jersey and a bib shorts , you need to pay for $8 to us.

2. If the incorrect size made by our mistake , you can return the item to us and we will send a new one to you for free , and we will return $6 back to you as the shipping fee , or we can refund to you.(the shipping fee isn't refundable).

How do I return an item?  

Please submit a new ticket with "exchange request" or "refund request" at MUPi Cycling Help Center

If you wish to make a return, please repackage your order in its original packing, ensuring it is well-protected from the elements.

When you have delivered the item , please tell us the order tracking number.

Once we found the shipping address is correct and the tracking number can work , we will go to next process Immediately.
